1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the online store available at VelesRealm™ and the terms of order fulfillment through its website.

1.3. VelesRealm™ operates as a dropshipping store, providing customers access to a wide range of products offered by external suppliers, primarily from China, without storing them in the store's warehouse.

1.4. The products offered on the store's website are shipped directly from suppliers to customers.

1.5. The store collaborates with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure efficient order processing.

1.6. The store reserves the right to impose restrictions on the availability of offers for specific customer groups or regions, which the customer will be informed about before placing an order.

2. Order Fulfillment

2.1. The products available on the store's website are offered based on agreements with foreign suppliers, particularly from China.

2.2. After placing an order and making full payment, the store forwards the order to the relevant supplier, who prepares and ships the product directly to the customer. Unpaid orders within 3 business days may be canceled by the store.

2.3. The order processing time is up to 7 business days, starting from the next day after payment confirmation. The final delivery time depends on the supplier and the customer's location and may range from 10 to 45 business days, which the customer accepts when placing an order.

2.4. The store is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from factors beyond its control, such as supplier actions, logistics partner delays, customs checks, force majeure, or incorrect address provided by the customer.

2.5. In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 45 business days from the date the order was forwarded to the supplier, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund, provided that such a request is submitted in writing to velesrealm@gmail.com within 7 days after the above-mentioned deadline.

3. Purchasing Products

3.1. By placing an order, the customer enters into a sales contract with VelesRealm™ under the conditions specified in these Terms of Service.

3.2. The store reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment in the following cases:

  • Technical errors on the store's website,
  • Product description or pricing errors,
  • Inability to fulfill the order due to product unavailability from the supplier,
  • Suspicion of a breach of these Terms of Service by the customer.

3.3. Product prices on the website include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

3.4. The store reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. Price changes do not apply to orders already placed and paid for.

4. Store Liability

4.1. The store makes every effort to ensure that product information is accurate and up-to-date.

4.2. The store is not responsible for any changes in product availability after the order has been placed, resulting from supplier actions.

4.3. The store is not liable for delivery delays caused by the supplier, logistics operator, or customer.

4.4. The store is not responsible for the quality of products supplied by external suppliers but commits to supporting customers in the complaint process in accordance with applicable laws, including GPSR.

5. Customer Data and Privacy Policy

5.1. Customer data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

5.2. Customer data may be shared with cooperating entities such as suppliers, logistics partners, or payment operators to process the order.

6. Product Safety (GPSR)

6.1. All products offered in the store comply with the safety requirements defined in the GPSR and bear the CE mark if required.

6.2. If a product is deemed unsafe, the store will withdraw it from sale and notify customers via email about the return procedure.

6.3. Safety concerns regarding products should be sent to velesrealm@gmail.com. The store will respond within 24 hours and take action in accordance with GPSR.

6.4. The customer is obliged to follow the product usage instructions provided by the suppliers to ensure safe use.

7. Complaints and Returns

7.1. In case of receiving a defective product, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Civil Code (Articles 556-576).

7.2. Complaints should be submitted immediately upon noticing the defect, but no later than within 2 years from the delivery date, via email to velesrealm@gmail.com.

7.3. The complaint must include:

  • The order number,
  • Defect description,
  • Customer contact information,
  • Photos of the defect (if applicable).

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the store decides otherwise.

7.4. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a complete complaint submission. If the supplier's contact is necessary, the processing time may be extended to 30 business days, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The store reserves the right to amend the content of these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is available on the website, and changes do not affect orders placed before their implementation.

8.2. Placing an order in the store signifies acceptance of these Terms of Service.

8.3. Any disputes arising from the execution of sales agreements will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the store's registered office, unless otherwise specified by law.
